Poor staff attitude especially the security people

Another dated Vietnamese Hotel, in its day it would have been outstanding. Comfortable and with fairly large double rooms.

The people of the mid north of Vietnam are notoriously loud, it's in their DNA. The banging, yelling and arguing from outside the room was continuous and the room directly above sounded like they were practicing martial arts on each other well into the night. Reception had to intervene for some peace.

the room is large enough. I asked for iron service in the early morning and they helped me out which was great. There are quite a lot of options for breakfast.

there are stains and hairs on the blanket. Shampoo and body wash are still contained by small plastic bag which is outdated and not healthy for the environment. They should be contained by bottles. Face and bath towels are too old. they should be purchased with the new ones.
