Nothing! The worst property I have ever visited.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. Right from the start, the experience was far below expectations. 1. The tap had continuous spillage issues, and the AC made a loud noise throughout the night. 2. The room was unhygienic — there was hair all over the floor, bedsheets had red stains and cigarette burns, and even the walls had red spit marks, which was absolutely disgusting. 3. Despite staying multiple days, there was no daily room cleaning, no toiletries provided, and we even faced water shortage at times. 4. The entire building’s dustbin was kept right outside our room, creating an unbearable smell, and the hallways were never cleaned. 5. The room and hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, adding to the discomfort. 6. To make things worse, the reception area had an extremely creepy vibe, and the staff’s attitude was awful — instead of addressing issues, they threw tantrums whenever we complained. 7. I also found the place unsafe for solo and female travellers due to the overall environment and behavior of the staff. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. The property seriously needs a hygiene overhaul, better staff training, and safety improvements before hosting guests again. Please spend some more money and stay at another property but don’t you ever come here.🙏🏻🙏🏻
