Early communication by the host on how to get into the building, where to find the keys, which apartment actually to occupy. Host did not provide any information before arrival, had to wait an hour before a tenant could let me in the building. Then I couldn’t enter the apartment that I rented, so I decided to occupy another available apartment. Had to ask the cleaning lady for the WiFi password, the host did not provide. On a separate day, I come into the apartment to find all my belongings gone. That same day the host emailed me late saying someone was to occupy my apartment and I needed to move, since I was on a pyramid tour, the cleaning lady moved everything. I will not be staying here again.
