The property manager, Flower was really helpful and cheerful. It is at a peaceful location, perfect stay!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Flower qui est une très belle personne, elle a été aux petits soins pour nous. L'emplacement à 3 km du centre d'Hoï An est parfait, en plus des vélos sont à disposition. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait. Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

Before coming to this place read the comments and thought is it really that good? And hopefully it was more than good. Flower was such a kind and thoughtful host. She made my stay easier. Gave me some tips on what to and where i can visit. Place is close to center and if you don't want to walk they provide you bicycle for free. Room was clean and comfortable.

I stayed for a few nights here in March. It was a really comforting place to come back to at the end of the day. The host was very friendly, accommodating, and gave me some good recommendations. I liked the room setup itself and would definitely stay again, but would have preferred a room that wasn't situated where this one was since it was a little bit less private.

There were very loud announcements early in the morning before 6am from nearby that woke me up, I guess for some sort of election. They went on for a long time. The host explained it and it is definitely not their fault.

Flower is the best host I ever had during my trip in Vietnam, she tries the best to make everyone happy !!! And the vegetarian restaurant she has not too far from the homestay is a banger !!!!! Loved it so much !!! Beautiful place, beautiful room…nothing bad to say 🥰 I loved to be a bit far from the center town

Can't recommend this place enough. 10/10 for Flower alone! She goes above and beyond as a host. Incredible communication, even stayed behind past midnight after our flight in was delayed to make sure we were welcomed. Offered to organise bikes, activities and made us feel completely comfortable and at home. The neighbourhood the hotel is in was so lovely to walk through on the way to the Old Town every day (roughly 30 mins). Many small local coffee shops and eateries. All the locals were super friendly, kids waving "hi" as you walk past, chickens, roosters and dogs wandering the streets; honestly, the walk in and out of Cam Nam Island was actually one of the most enjoyable parts of our day. Facilities top notch, bed super comfortable, breakfast every day delicious, we really couldn't have asked for anything more. Will definitely be staying again next time we're in Hoi An. Thank you Flower! 🤍 Also, PS, do NOT listen to any naysayers about travelling during Tết - while some shops will be closed, there are still plenty open, the tourist crowds are lower, many more locals and families around (which are ALL so damn friendly and accomodating), and the "price hike" people complain about, is next to nothing given the exchange rate. I highly recommend travel during this time for a more unique experience.
