Posielanie žiadosti o číslo platobnej karty a vyžadovanie scanu ID cez whats up. Prečo chceli číslo karty keď bolo všetko dopredu zaplatené. Scan ID najprv bol potrebný, potom nie. Bolo to chaotické a nešlo to cez stránku booking.
