Pretty much everything. The place was really clean, staffs were super nice, and it has everything from kitchen to laundry, everything you need just like a house and apartment. Much big thanks to our host "Kou Sonh", for making our stay great and comfortable, and feeling welcome! So thank you so much Kou Sonh! Much appreciation!

I wouldn't say I dont like it, but we had to share the apartment with other people. So walking around naked and privacy isn't so much there. We were sharing the apartment with Kou Sonh and another business guy, and they were very cool, nice, and respectful, so the sharing part didnt bother us. Although if you have a big group or family, it is perfect for it, because all of you can stay together in the apartment.

El espacio común que utilizamos el segundo día (por el cual elegimos este alojamiento) es muy cómodo y tranquilo para trabajar, también tiene una gran cocina. El staff anfitrion fue muy amable con nosotros, contestó nuestras preguntas, nos dió las llaves para acceder a los otros pisos con espacios comunes e incluso nos ayudó cuando mi novio dejó olvidada la llave dentro de la habitación. Fue a la noche, fuera de su horario de atención y en pocos minutos nos ayudaron a resolverlo, gracias!

Pedimos especificamente una habitación ya que teníamos que trabajar en el área común que cuenta con cocina y escritorios por la noche, nos dieron otra. El segundo día consulté y me dieron la llave de ese espacio sin problema, lo utilizamos para trabajar. De todas formas no era en el mismo piso y la comodidad de salir del cuarto y tener los escritorios no estuvo. La ubicación no nos gustó, hay pocos servicios cerca y es una zona sin veredas, dificil de caminar por la calle para comprar comida etc. Problablemente toda la ciudad sea así. No nos gustó Vientiane así que la estadía ahí no fue demasiado placentera mas allá del alojamiento.

Convenient access to the building. Host was available at all times and also recommended some local eatery. Property was very cleaned and staff was very helpful.

Great location and the shared common area are always clean.

This is just personal preference, but the mattress is extremely firm so be prepared!

Everything was clean except the fridge that was a bit dirty but we didn’t use it that much. Staff was communicating well and ready to help in any matter.
