Exelente todo,La ubicación estupenda,todo muy limpio, buen trato al recibir las llaves quedamos satisfechos.

N/A The only good thing about this apartment is the location. We were not even left a single drop of water after we told them we were going to be there at approximately 9.30PM.

Would not meet us at the apartment after informing me that a electronic code would be given to me so no keys were needed after they received a €200 deposit along with copies of passports and home addresses as requested. Then no code was supplied and then told to go to their office to collect the keys which was 20 minutes walk from the apartment and given the wrong address. I am disabled and had to wait in the taxi until the keys were eventually located and charged us extra to take us and our luggage and wheelchair to the apartment which we want refunded €20). On entering the apartment there was no welcome pack and not even a drop of water absolutely disgusted. On inspection which they were unwilling to come ,we had to complete a video as evidence as.the so called ittenary list was not present. No cleaning products,slippery shower floor with no mat present. One evening the so called electronic lock basically malfunctioned and we were locked out with the key stuck in the lock. This needed to be opened electronically by the code that they said they hadn't got . Then we had to wait for a locksmith after the door opened then ocked again in the open position and could not turn the key. The apartment is for 2 at most and was a huge disappointment from start to finish.

The office was fairly easy to find, receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The office was a good 15/20 minute walk from the apartment, not ideal with suitcases and in the dark. We did have issues finding the actual apartment due to the weird numbering on the street and then the number on the door wasn't what had been written down.
