Location is excellent, 10min walk from city center, 20min walk from grocery store. Parking is in the gated building's yard. The apartment is on the top floor and has excellent view. Kitchen was equipped with coffee and tea, and has a build-in water filter, so there is no need for buying bottled water. It has air conditioning, though we weren't using it. Communication with host was quick and informative. I highly recommend it, it will boost your Lucca experience.

We were looking for an apartment with air conditioning given the high temperatures at night. This did not function so there was not much sleep.
