"Appartement propre, fonctionnel mais il faut impérativement avoir du réseau!"

Avant de récupérer les clés dans une boite à clés (facile et bien expliqué dans la vidéo) l'accès à la porte de l'immeuble est problématique car il faut utiliser un lien internet à chaque entrée dans l'immeuble donc avoir OBLIGATOIREMENT du réseau. C'est un peu stressant! (deux fois nous avons attendu l'arrivée de résidents de l'immeuble pour pouvoir rentrer car nous n'avions pas de réseau).

"location in nervi is great but apartment need a little more effort in maintainence ."

apartment is under street level and doesn't receive enough sun and air due to its low level

"Große praktische Wohnung in guter Lage"

Große saubere Wohnung. Frisch eingerichtet. Praktisch und alles verhanden. Gut gelegen zum Hafen und zur Promenade. Bus nach Genua vor der Türe. Gute Infos vom Eigentümer vorab.

Die Wohnung wirkte noch sehr steril. Es fehlte noch Atmosphäre durch das Fehlen von Bildern und Deko.
