Everything! Position of the apartment is in the center of Torino with a private parking. We will choose apartment again when we come to Torino. The host is very kind and helpful, available at everytime for any question.

The apartment in the center of the city. You can reach most important places by walk. It is also close to the river - banks are a nice place for an evening walk. A lot of restaurants and bars in a close distance. Lat but not least - the parking place for the car in internal yard. Kitchen enough well equipped. Good contact with the owner, though I've never seen her. But immediate response on the WhatsApp.

This is a great little apartment very close to the centre of Turin, with secure off-road parking. Communication with Manuela was excellent: she was always quick to respond, friendly and willing to be flexible. She very kindly arranged for us to check-in early to enable us to make an appointment and was available ti help throughout the stay. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Although we were expecting to be met on arrival, we did a self check-in which we prefer. We would happily return, but at a cooler time of the year (see below).

There is a small, private terrace area - no view, but private and quiet. Unfortunately there are 2 old sun umbrella stands but no umbrella, and laundry drying on a clothes drier covered with unsightly blue plastic sheets. The bedding is cotton, but felt old and rough - this may just be the way it is washed and dried, but it may need replacing. There are 10 plates but only 1 wine glass (plus some champagne flutes) - 1 wine glass each would be nice. The biggest draw back is the lack of any air conditioning/cooling. This is clear from the description of the apartment so it was expected, and we were there during a very hot spell, but it was so hot in the apartment (+28.5C according to the apartment's digital thermostat) we considered moving to alternative accommodation, fortunately 2 fans enabled us to survive at nighttime (although 1 of the fans has a mechanical timer so turns itself off and needs to be reset). In the upper level, where the (comfortable!) bed is, the temperature and humidity were higher: there is no window or vent, so nowhere for the hot, damp air to escape to. Consequently the area feels and smells damp. This is only going to be a problem on the hottest days, but could perhaps be addressed with a portable ac unit, and is not a consideration for most of the year.

Many things on the (very) positive side : -excellent location (close to the Pô riverside and within walking distance of eveything in the city center) - secured parking place (a bit tight for big cars, perfectly OK for the others) - very quiet neighborhood - very responsive and very courteous hostess (we left by mistake not enough cash for the city taxes and she decided to take charge of the balance)

two things, one minor, the other more serious : - the amenities provided are miniminalists (for instance a cold water bottle in the fridge would have been much appreciated for our arrival). - we spent a hot summer week-end there (30/32 ° C during the day, 22/23 ° C during the nights). The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor without openings : in the absence of an air conditioning system it means that the heat is accumulating over there . However, we managed to sleep more or less adequately with the combination of fans on the mezzanine and the opening of the big french window on the ground floor (which was made possible because of the quietness of the neighborhood and the absence of mosquitos). My guess is that the situation would be much less bearable in case of deep heat wave (let us say nights above 25°C).
