Ocean Front Nancy Claire 1 -Bunker

Great location, nice neighbors, communicative owner, good value, group friendly, and comfortable beds

Lots of bugs including cockroaches, ants, and waterbugs. Wifi barely worked the whole stay super weak signal

I loved how close the beach was and board walk

The floors was dirty and had ants all over the counter was told somebody was gonna bring a broom and no one ever showed up I waited 2 hours for a broom

Location is fantastic, communication with property was clear and it was clean and ready when we arrived

We were shorted some towels and toiletries, but had brought our own so it wasn't that serious

Great location on boardwalk and ocean front beach. Close to everything. Free parking around the corner at very small lot. Beds comfortable. Full kitchen, nice bathroom and liked tile floors. Looks like recently painted inside. Liked having a door code and washer dryer.

The basement apt had some roaches and even more coming from the boardwalk into front porch and door while raining. Host states it’s normal around there. Most windows don’t lock. Dingy stained curtains and rods could be replaced and finish hanging pictures and mirrors as they laid around the apt. Old blinds are taped to windows. These are cheap easy fixes to freshen the space. Couch was not comfortable and we covered it with a sheet if we used it. Kitchen table and 3 chairs were uncomfortable and old. Sleeps 5 not 6. 2 out of 5 bed pillows comfortable. The other 3 solid flat. Some confusion of what was actually included vs what to bring. Example they state they supply 2 toilet paper so I brought one for the three days. They provided 1 and I requested the second but they never brought it. They also state they supply dish sponge. Requested that as well. Did receive after I bought one. They said sheets only no blankets so I bring them in my already tightly packed car and there were blankets. ?? If the windows locked and the small one closed I would feel a lot safer. As for roaches luckily we brought sticky traps! Photos could be old so there is a TV in living room only. None in bedrooms.

Small and a furniture could use an upgrade

The location on the boardwalk is great.

The property smelled like mildew upon entering. The furniture was smelly. The pictures are deceiving on the internet. There are no tvs in the bedrooms and only a standup fan (no ac) in the one bedroom. There is a mirror lying against a wall (safety hazard) and other decor not properly hung up. There are blinds taped to the windows which were pretty ghetto and handles falling off in the bathroom. The ceiling of the shower has all mold. If they put the money into this bunker it could be a lot better.

Location to the boardwalk. Small, quaint place for parents and two teenagers.

No broom to clean up sand. Refrigerator took a long time to cool off, note left stated it would take 6-8 hour to get cold, that is too long for food to not be chilled, froze water bottles in freezer then put them in the refrigerator to keep refrigerate chilled properly, kept food in our cooler until then. Not enough washcloths left for the 4 of us but was warned by another review so we were prepared. Thin quilt and sheet only on beds, but was also warned by another review so we were prepared.
