"Perfect relaxing getaway"

The house is beautiful with stunning views. We had everything we needed in the house to make our stay extremely comfortable. The house is in a lovely quiet location but only a short drive to small local villages or to Leiria and Batalha which are both beautiful. The owners are very kind and accommodating and ensured that we were happy with everything and had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this little gem and we will certainly be returning in the future.

I can say that there is nothing at all that I would say I disliked about the house.

De locatie is prachtig met een subliem uitzicht. De huisjes zijn zeer comfortabel, er is alles wat je nodig hebt. De gastheren,Steve en Sarah, zijn supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Great hospitality given by the owners. Warm welcome. Open minded. Familiar Atmosphere. Spectacular view in all directions and sunsets. Everything cared for. Nothing missing. Bed comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Such a comfortable, warm and beautiful place to stay. Everything was perfect - and the views are amazing. We enjoyed a wonderful few days exploring the area and it was great to be able to return each day to such a well-equipped place and have a lovely woodburning fire to relax in front of as we enjoyed the view. We slept so well, and enjoyed every aspect of our stay, including having a kitchen with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Sarah and Steve are fabulous hosts and have created truly special accommodation for their guests.

It was a very welcoming, immaculate and relaxing place to recharge after a long flight. Steve and Sarah offered the perfect blend of giving us our privacy and being attentive to our needs. As a conveniently located launching point, it enabled us to make excursions to places like Lisbon, Leiria, Tomar and Coimbra with ease. After playing tourist, we rounded off our stay by accepting a tour of their gardens and learning about how they've breathed new life into the land and buildings with sustainability being of utmost importance. Absolutely impressive.

There is nothing that we didn't like, except having to leave.
