Stay Portland - BoHo Oasis in Ladd's Addition with 2 Beds

Great directions on how to access and exit unit. The unit was clean and very cozy.I would definitely stay there again.

With bad knees, the steep stairs were a little difficult. But not so difficult as to keep me from booking there again.

Very convenient location for my trip. Ability to find a specific room near where I needed to go was outstanding.

No curtain in the kitchen area allowed light from the neighbors as well as lack of privacy.

comfy older 2 bed apt, good location, good hot water and AC/heater and large TV. Plentiful big towels but no towel racks/hooks. Good coffee maker and supply of coffee pucks. Excellent wifi. Lots of street parking.

Only 2 kitchen chairs for the 3 of us. dishes/cutlery for 6 people but only one small sauce pan and 3 large frying pans.. Front porch light was very dim and needed cleaning. A few cracked steps on the front porch should be replaced especially as they are wet/slippery in winter. very small kitchen and no microwave or room for it.

Clean ,quaint, owner very responsive with issue.

It was amusing that the apartment seemed to be made for a short person, as all furnishings are lower than usual; it was charming and we enjoyed it. It was easy to get the keys, easy to enter/exit apartment with instructions from host. The apartment was generally clean and ready for us. The location is really nice, I loved the greenery and how it is walking distance from so much cool stuff! The host was responsive when I had an issue and I appreciated the communication.

Heads up: there is no microwave in the unit and no baking sheet provided to heat things up in the oven. We found a dirty pyrex dish and made it work but it was a pain.

Steep stairs. The add doesn’t even tell you the place has stairs.

The location and layout were great for three people. And the allowed pets which was a bonus.

They allow pets on the listing. When I booked them they confirmed pets were allowed but it was $99 for one dog for one night. This should be clearly stated at the checkout not told to you after you were confirmed on Booking. Also only had chairs for 2 people not 3 and we had to wash the glasses as they had lipstick stains on them.

Cute and comfortable. Many bars and some delicious food close by.
