"Very cold"

Good location

14 degrees - when we arrived and for the next 3 days Host accused us of causing the problem but it was this cold when we arrived. We tried to adjust but heating system shut down as it assumed a window was open as it was so cold - very cold few days and no apology

"Very good"

Near to Canley train station with around 5 min walk. House is suitable for my family with 3 children. Free parking is useful for those with cars. Kitchen is well equipped but without dish washer. Quiet neighbourhood

The heating turned off automatically in the middle of the night. Not near to Warwick University if you walk to the university. Maybe 45 mins walk.

"Nice, clean and spacious."

The place is been obviously recently refurbished to decent standards. It is located not far from the University of Warwick and it is well appointed in quite residential area. The house is comfortable with all anyone might need for a stay. Plenty of equipment and comfortable enough for a family. Would definitely book again.

"Comfortable, convenient, homely, I'd stay again."

Central location, yet very easy access in and out of town. Very comfortable and homely vibe after arriving with everything you need to get settled. Tastefully decorated and fitted, lovely shower/bathroom and it was a bonus to have the extra W/C downstairs.

Perhaps a few more cooking supplies, and although the motion detection light sensors are a good idea, they can wake other guests if going to the toilet in the middle of the night with the glass panes above the bedroom doors.

House is immaculate, three bedrooms sleeping 5 and pull out bed if needed in lounge. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet residential area close to train station and uni.

"Home from home"

The home was exceptionally clean, modern, new and well equipped. The beds were really comfy, we slept very well. We were provided with a permit to park in the road, which was really helpful. The location was great for our trips to Alton Towers and Warwick Castle. There was a huge Tesco store within walking distance. The owners were great we left our granddaughter’s bunny behind and they very kindly sent it to her immediately after our stay. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Warwick.
