The place is clean and peaceful. The containers are nicely maintained. The calcho, snooker and the swimming pool are activities allowed in the villa so you can make it happening.
They badly need an out door gas stove and few bigger utensils because its for 20 people who need to be catered. And the fridge must be double (if not triple) the size of what they have at the moment. You cannot invite 20 people and have that 120 litre fridge.
