The property was a good size, for a family of 4 to 6, having two toilets is good as you always get two of the kids wanting the toilet at the same time. The location was good, closed to the main leisure centre. Good selection of games and DVDs

Would have like an information pack. It was the first time we had being to Primroses valley, so a map of the complex, activate list, info on the cards you need to go swimming and into the entertainment.ect The shower door not closed properly was annoying. No Toilet paper done mind but it or replacing it, but it would be nice to have some to start with. Left a pack of 4 there for the next people.

The location was perfect close to park and a 2 minute walk to main facilities couldn’t ask for anything better. Overall liveable would definitely stay again none of the issues would ruin holiday.

Some improvements needed. - shower head and inside shower Moldy. - hoover not working. - Toilet kept blocking up in single toilet - bad musky smell need some humidifiers adding. - toaster needs cleaning or replacing dirty inside. - one of the outside chairs broken unable to use. -carpets in sitting area marked Needs a deeper cleaning overall especially the bathroom.

The park was to busy for my Son so we used the caravan and explored beaches near by...lovely break. Caravan was perfect for what we needed, owners were very helpful and friendly.

It was a little too busy on site. We didn't use any facilities. The caravan could do with a bit more outside seating.
