Salimos un sábado y dejamos las llaves tal y cómo habíamos hablado con el gestor del bungalow. Al sábado siguiente, me llama este gestor para decirme que faltaban del bungalow 5 platos, 5 vasos, cubiertos.... Y que por este motivo había pasado la reclamación a Booking para ver qué me decían. Le digo que me extraña mucho, pero q ya lo veríamos. Media hora después, me llama para decirme que es su señora quien limpia los bungalows y que como es muy bajita, no había visto que todo estaba en el escurridor colocado. Que cada uno saque sus conclusiones

L'emplacement ,personne réception

Pas de wifi. La présence d'insectes et de reptiles, manque de produits d'entretien,pas d'accessoires et produits de douches et de toilettes (savon à main,gel douche,shampoo,....) et même de sacs poubelles, sont autant d'éléments qui expliquent l'énorme différence entre le prix de la réservation et le service, qui ne justifie pas ce prix par rapport à d'autres réservations d'hôtels et de semi-tourismes.
