Néhány klíma nem működött megfelelően, az egyik néha leállt, a másikból folyt a kondenz víz, zajos volt. Emiatt meleg volt, ami miatt nem lehetett jól aludni. A főkapun lévő zárat nagyon nehezen lehet kinyitni, bár ez nem a lakás hanem a ház problémája.

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó, közel van mindenhez. A szállás nagyon tágas, olyan, mint amit a képeken, szuper kilátással a kikötőre. A szállásadó segítőkész volt, ha problémánk akadt.

The location was excellent — close to everything we needed. The view from the apartment was lovely. The apartment was very spacious.

First, the entrance to the apartment was very difficult to unlock – something we had to deal with every time we came or went, which became quite annoying. Inside, while the apartment was spacious, it felt cold and impersonal. It was furnished with the bare essentials, e.g. beds, wardrobes and sofas, but lacked any decoration or character. Despite being advertised for four people, the apartment only had one towel hook in the bathroom, and just one wine glass, one goblet and one champagne glass. Basic amenities were missing that would be expected when you pay even less at a hotel, i.e. no shampoo, no hand soap and certainly not enough to make guests feel welcome or comfortable. On our last day (of a four-day stay), the water pressure dropped significantly, making it almost unusable. The hair dryer provided was a tiny travel-sized one with European plugs, even though Malta uses UK-style plugs – suggesting it wasn't even supplied by the property. Before our stay, we received daily emails insisting we complete the check-in form and upload passport scans. One or two reminders would have been enough; the frequency felt excessive. During the stay, we wrote and asked for information about the car ferry to Gozo but were instead sent details about visiting the Three Cities – completely unrelated, very unhelpful and not even a ferry for cars! Finally, it took several weeks to receive our deposit refund, though this may have been due to delays between the banks. For the price, we expected a much more thoughtful and comfortable experience. A few small improvements, such as better amenities, proper communication and a more welcoming interior, would go a long way.

View was amazing also location was perfect, everywhere you can go by foot.

the location and the view was good but...

Communication was unacceptable! We found a 4-5cm blonde cockroach at our first night in the apartment. They asked us for an additional €300 deposit for damages, while we had already prepaid for our stay, which was returned to us one week after our check-out was completed successfully. ...And since the place was not perfect, I took pictures of any problems, on walls or furniture, I noticed so they couldn't blamed us afterwards (I uploaded a few here, not all of them) I was supposed to be on vacation, not to worry about making the wrong move that will cost me €300 or running away of cockroaches. **BEWARE OF FINE PRINT**
