The Windflower Resort & Spa, Coorg

Food was good and staff were courteous.

1. the rooms are badly designed with large spaces unnecessarily wasted. A good architect would have done it. 2. Also the Lunch hall is badly designed and people with joint pains really had a bad experience. 3. The front door of our room was not easy to open and we had to repeatedly put the card. 4. Car parking near our rooms to be made wider.

There was good food including breakfast and dinner and friendly, sincere staff. The location is excellent in a blissful environment with nature all around.

The bathroom and toilets were not clean and the bedsheets were not washed properly. There was peeled paint and damp walls in the room. The whole room has a bad odor including the bathroom. The toilet seat cover and the bowl were dirty. Taps and showers had low pressure and low volume water flow. The room entrance area was muddy and dirty.
