The location ia fine just not happy during our arrival coz it took so long to get inside the unit due to non proper instruction on how to get inside we've been waiting for about 3 hrs .

The key or the door code should be in placed upon the arrival of the customer/s so that they don't need to wait for so long.

We stayed for 14 nights after a major operation and really appreciated the layout of the unit—it’s simple and functional. The minimalist interior, with no unnecessary decorations, made the space feel open and uncluttered. Everything we needed for a long stay was provided, from utensils to pots. The unit is easy to tidy up, and the water pressure in the shower is great. I especially liked the hand-held shower head. The building’s amenities are superb. On the 6th floor, there’s a pool and garden where you can enjoy fresh air and a peaceful stroll away from the busy area below. There’s also an event space on that floor. The staff is friendly, and we had no issues with the security guards or maintenance crew. We felt safe throughout our stay. The location is a big plus—conveniently close to major places in BGC. The host, Gerry, was attentive and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed and being very responsive to our requests. We will definitely rebook for my follow-up check-up!

Only the slow shower drain…

Location. Just across Uptown mall and was easy to get cabs. Appreciate that they granted our late check-out request too.

Did not particularly enjoy our one-night stay as we were kept up by this loud drilling sound that would go off at all hours of the night. Found this disruptive but appreciate the speedy response that they will get it fixed (albeit for the next guest) when I sent them the videos.
