The location is very convenient! Malls, shops, hospital even the church are just walking distance from the bldg and everything else is easily accessible. I like the fact that the front desk lobby people are also very friendly and helpful.

The rag for the CR is only 1 and no spare which is for me - not enough especially that when we shower, water is spilling everywhere, and it gets messy around with just 1 rag.

even the taxis are easily available without booking,

bit wider worktable as the dining table for 4 is not required for 1 bhk , that can be smaller with 2 chairs and worktable bigger!
