Nice Flat in the heart of the City

Very nice apartment and perfect location. If the weather is not hot and the windows are closed - no problems with noize at all. If the owner will install an air conditioner - it will be the best ever apartment.

Tolle Lage- direkt am Grand Duke Palast, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen, großer Parkplatz für 1,30€/Std.

Laute Musik bis 1 am im Haus

Although the lıcation is good who wants to party it is very noisy till 3 am.

It was not clean, the shower head was broken, the sheets were too old and it was too hot since you can’t open the window because of the noise. I was there for a ceremony and the iron was on the list, ı messaged the host and they never answered back.

Lokatie is werkelijk fantastisch, midden in het centrum van Luxemburg met alle barretjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Natuurlijk geeft dat wat overlast van muziek en praten, maar ja, dat hoort erbij. Mooi ruim appartement met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen.

Sommige zaken werkten vreemd, bv het licht in de woonkamer en slaapkamer gingen met dezelfde schakelaar aan en uit. Ht geheel heeft wat aandacht nodig.

Location is superb. You have access to most things within the area. Restaurants with good variety of food, grocery market like Monoprix is within the area. Access to public transportation is also very easily accessible. Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, living area and kitchen equipped with microwave and cooker. There’s also washing machine to do some laundry.

As the apartment is right above the pub downstairs, the noise maybe annoying. However it’s bearable to us with the window close and after all the tiredness of walking and exploring around, we had no issue sleeping with the noise. However the backroom is a lot more quiet. There’s no lift in the unit. So carrying big luggages can be a challenge.

Do acesso pelas traseiras do restaurante com um cheiro mau, das escadas comuns com gordura das passagens dos empregados do restaurante. A máquina de lavar loiça não funciona e a TV só por internet, não tinha canais.
