The room was extremely humid, the windows fogged up even with the air conditioning on. The bed is terribly bouncy, so you can't sleep in 2. There are bugs in the bathroom. The towels were crumbling and my husband was still like a fluffy snowman 2 hours after drying (which made me quite laugh), but then everything was spilling all over the room and the rest of it was rolled up in the bed and on his clothes. Plus they charged more to our credit card than we were worth here at Booking.

Was never informed there was breakfast nor did I ever see it. The staff especially Jennifer was incredibly rude. She refused to renew my stay AFTER housekeeping or someone that worked there went into my room and stole personal belongings. DONT STAY HERE

It is a long stay hotel NOT southern suites

Was initially given a room that already had a customer in it and they thought I was trying to break and enter. Worst experience checking in I’ve ever had. Never in my life has a hotel assigned me a room with someone already in it. Then to question me that I had the right room and how this was impossible.

Good: Reception (but it’s hard to find), quiet, large fridge. Bad: Old building (needs repair), cockroaches, very old towels, I slipped and fell on the walkway because water was dripping from an air conditioner Only good to sleep and leave
