Mimosa Villa 4 bedroom di Nusa Dua

NOTHING DO NOT USE THIS VILLA. IT SHOULD NOT BE CALLED A VILLA IT RESEMBLES AN ABANDONED BACKPACKERS. The manager is dishonest and lies , We left VILLA after 20 minutes.of arriving This was a disgusting villa and uninhabitable. The manager promised a full refund, I provided Booking the copies of WhatsApp messages from manager agreeing to full refund because of the state of the villa and I have still been waiting for refund 10 days . Manager lied and now says half refund when I have all evidence of refund. Booking will not process refund without mangers approval in writing to them, it is a terrible process. We had to book another villa at triple the cost to accomodate our family.

DO NOT USE THIS VILLA !! It was in terrible disrepair, it is unsafe and disgusting, plaster patches on all walls, very dirty, full of ants. The curtains and furniture were stained and broken and patched , it literally looked like an abandoned building ! Air conditioning did not work and had electrical wires exposed throughout , location was SHOCKING it was next to a chicken farm. The smell and noise was horrible. We did look at photos and did not expect the Ritz Carlton but we did not expect this horrible place.. it was a terrible experience dealing with dishonest managers and with Booking refund process . Very disappointed with everything

The villa is spacious, have 4 bedrooms and 2 kitchens and a swimming pool. There is wifi and it's pretty fast and good

The villa is too far away from the city. If you want to find even a small store you have to walk for more than 4kms. All the bathroom taps were leaking and three kitchen was not working for the first instance There is no dustbins in each rooms, just one for the whole house There is no privacy as the owners or the housekeeper comes to the villa when you are outside
