The location was awesome 😎 absolute value for money. The kitchen has everything you need, dove, microwave, toaster, small fridge, etc. The bathroom is a bit musty. Overall a great short stay

-The property was very clean. -The room was big enough. -The view was perfect. -The security was perfect. -The location was perfect. - The WiFi was perfect.

-Toilet cistern was not working properly. -Bedroom window was not clean. -The bathroom was too small, the door was not opening properly.

I liked the big windows and the colour theme of the room. It was a good location and very spacious

Photos misslending,uncomfortable bed needs to be replaced. Place needs a revamp,kitchen cupboard door falling off rhe hinges Were told unit is on the first, yet its on the top last floor and stairs to climbed. Difficult if knee and back problems. Tried to make contact with management on arrival no success, Abby could not assist mentioned we need to make contacted management tried calling calling Koos and,Fried, we also whatsapp them NO RESPONSE. Emailed them regarding the stairs and our issue , asked for a possible refund not even the full amount were simply told no as per agreement and rules this only came through late monday, They misslead you regarding the stairs. If we knew the amount of stairs and they were on the top/3rd floor I would not have book.
