1. Poor breakfast, bare minimum variety, poor taste 2. Room cleaning happens only after repeated requests and the cleaner cleans the room crockery with the used towels of guests 3. Supplies like tea/coffee sachets, drinking water etc nothing is taken care of. For everything one has to keep reminding the reception. 4. At the check-in itself the hotel takes full stay dues as advance. They don't block, they deduct the money from your card. Probably fully aware that the guest will not stay beyond 2 days due to poor cleaning and poor service.
