Hotel Miraya Inn - A Boutique Stay

Miraya Inn is a great place to stay in when at Pune. The staff excellent, very receptive and eager to help. Room was pretty large , very clean and with all the amenities one requires for a short stay. Toilet was pretty big and well equipped. There was a geyser. Thank you Sathish as well as Jhadav,

The breakfast -sorry this was a huge downer. It appeared that the staff was instructed to give the bare minimum. The quality was definitely not upto the standard and the tables were not cleaned after a diner left. You had to ask for everything-from water to glass to napkins to salt???? Suggest you dine outside. Secondly do not stay in room 9999F, Irs just under the kitchen and the dragging of gas cylinders, tables, chaits etc will disturb you both in the morning as well as the night.

Absolute worst nightmare, never thought something like this would happen in my years of booking.com usage. This property overbooked and didn’t even bother to reach out to me to confirm my booking and said they tried calling but they didn’t have network, what a joke! and informed me about it during checkin time when I had already travelled from Mumbai to Pune, saying they didn’t trust bookings from booking.com, on top pf that the staff was just borderline rude about everything and when asked to provide alternate booking options suggested me to book a cheap lodge nearby who didn’t even allow unmarried couples to stay and in fully booked hotels. And guess what? When I found a new hotel, paid and checked in, they call and tell me the booking they accepted in my place has cancelled and that i can come and stay now. Absolutely disgusting experience and extremely rude behaviour from the staff (Mr. Rahul), never going to even think about looking at this property ever again.

The rooms were very neat and clean as well as comfortable in terms of interior but some options were missing like in room amenities

The food was pathetic and the options around especially BF was like I went to a Gov canteen. Surprise to see after paying 4k for the stay the kind of service was not at all acceptable and advice able
