Need convenience store nearby.

All especially tv. Can watched netflix

Does not have detergent/softlan to do laundry

We don't like it because the house is dirty, I think the landlord didn't clean it before we moved in, the toilet is smelly, the mattress cover and blanket are dirty. When we moved in, we found two shirts hanging in the room, a pair of sandals in the living room, urine on the toilet seat and the floor, very disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮 No Wifi at all🛜🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 No water heater at all🥵🥵🥵🥵 We notified the landlord and he said he would ask someone to check, do you think we would allow someone to come in and check?? Waste of our time?? This landlord didn't solve the problem correctly. Door password was wrongly given by landlord to enter the house 😡😡 😡😡 The house is not safe as there is no inner lock, we did not feel safe to rest at night, the curtains on the windows are very thin and transparent, everyone can see inside the house 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Before we checked out, the owner did not apologize for the situation we encountered during our 4 days stay. Very disappointed and unhappy with the owner of this homestay.

The apartment was exceptional, everything mentioned was as advertised. Easy communication with the staff (Mr Tony) and without any hassles. Great view beside the river and quite quiet (no noisy cars passing).

Getting to some convenience store requires a little bit of walking
