BE AWARE At check in i was told to pay 150 euro for the 2nd guest in 2 rooms (25 euro per night) although i was paid for double bed room and i had all the papers from booking.com this was a rip-off method of taking money !! (spoke to the manager had dispute and i was told that booking.com made the mistake and for this manager with all my papers to show him,customer in Never right, but we did not pay the extra money) BE PREPARED when booking ,Indoor pool with extra charge,as we where told by the spa managment. After night 1st night our AC was not working,i complaned and i was informed that the AC was off from the recepion office !!! without any valid reason told,its a ridiculous move be sure check AC as you enter the room.
GBITITMTGBObvious highlight of the hotel is its incredible location and spectacular views from the lobby, restaurant and the sea view rooms. Excellent parking, easy to reach and decent value for money.
With such an amazing location you can’t help but feel like it could be better. We had a pleasant dinner at the restaurant but the breakfast on offer is very mediocre. Generally I think spa hotels should offer free spa access to guests, but here even if you pay for a treatment you don’t get access to the pool and sauna! You have to pay a further fee, which I find a little ridiculous. Room, bar and restaurant design could do with a freshen up too.

HUA few cats around the hotel were lovely. But i also hope they are taken care of and fed the hotel:))!
The photo which the balcony room was promoted by, is actually the reception so it was the first “redflag”. We had a few questions beforehand and wrote back on booking after they asked us to check in online, but they never wrote back. They also didn’t indicate anywhere that the spa is not included in the room price and you have to pay a lot for only 1.5 hours allowed which is quite weird if you market yourself as a spa hotel. Overall i had a weird vibe about it, the room was quite small and you can’t even sit on the balcony (because you barely fit standing) although they market it that way. We therefore didn’t stay the night and left although it was non refundable.
