Lovely 2 BR condo in Sailboat Bend

We were there for 1 night and unable to enjoy the property due to cockroaches and ants. If we were able to change locations we would have!! We did get a quick response offering to have it treated but we were leaving in the morning and husband has asthma. Property was very cute and beds were comfortable. Location is good. Wish we had taken more pictures.

Close to downtown

Everytime you shower the tub would not drain and would have to wait hours for it to undrain. Had to ask several times for a fresh batch of towels. There are roaches throughout the bathroom and kitchen. Not very sanitary at all.

No tvs in the room , KITCHEN POTS WAS CERY OLD TUB HAD DRAINING ISSUES IT JUST WASNT COMFORTABLE AT ALL ALOT OF ROACHES , ROACHES IN THE TUB AND VERY BIG ROACHES KEPT COMING OUT

Great cosy place with everything you could need for a week stay! Everything was super clean and the beds were comfy. Super speedy wifi too which was great for work. Location is great, just a stone's throw away from the Riverwalk which leads you right Downtown and to Las Olas boulevard.

Neighbours were fairly loud, heard snoring in the night, and you could occasionally smell weed.

Nothing. This place is very poorly maintained.

Just about everything. The photo in the advertising must have been taken year's ago. Place was old, rundown and dirty inside. Bathtub drain broken, sink tap broken, one light bulb of the three over the vanity worked, bedroom closet doors wouldn't close, no toilet tissue available (owner delivered some 24 hr. later after I complained) but had to purchase my own as it was rather urgent, appliances old, kitchen cabinets old, floors not cleaned well. And the list could go on !

Host kept it professional and was always ready to answer questions regarding any concerns.

I just wish there was more mirrors.

The property decor and style was super cute and cozy

The noise from next door, the broken blind which allows others to see in. Even though they said No Smoking - the apartment had a stench of cigarette

Very quiet and convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the host made it extra special by providing toothpaste, soap and dishwashing detergent. There's no laundry detergent, but with the assigned parking space it made it easy for us to use a rental car and go places.

Even though it says no smoking, when we first entered the room there was a heavy cigarette smell inside. I feel like there could be more outside lights. If you tried to do laundry at night, it's dark by the backyard, making it a bit eerie so we'd only do our laundry in the day time. It's also a shared laundry so sometimes you'll have other guests leave their clothes in the dryer for long periods of time.

Lovely 2 bedroom condo. Cute decorating and comfy beds. Location was great with quick proximity to Las Olas area and the Riverwalk.

Wall between the flat next door is thin. Bring ear plugs and you'll be fine.
