Spacious House with big backyard in N. Hyde Park / Close to Downtown

The house was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, always quick to respond. We also really appreciated the self check-in - it made everything simple and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Very close to 275 highway which was very noisy; The thermostat was locked by the owner and the pin was not given to us, so we can not adjust modes between heating, cooling l, auto fans etc; the fan for the AC/Heating was on all the time during our stay; we sent notes to the owner and did not receive any responses until 24 hours later and the responses were not helpful to resolve the fan issue; one person responded our note by saying the owner is not available and we should be able to set temperature by turning the thermostat; the house can use better sheets, rugs, and kitchen knifes.

Great location and lots of space.

The back yard needs attention. The grass was overgrown, the table and chairs were weathered and the bbq was unusable.

House owner replied quickly when I asked questions even when the booking.com app would not work for me!

We tried and tried with the water situation but were unsuccessful in getting hot water. The water wasn't super cold, but it wasnt hot as we would like. We still made it work!

Bathrooms smelled like sewage Bath tub was not clean and bath curtains had fungus on them Master bedroom had very high bed with very soft/sunken mattress.

The house was very clean, and had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was stocked with all the spices for cooking. The refrigerator was large with lots of room. Loved the water and ice maker in the door of the refrigerator.
