Hortaleza 4, preciso estudio en Chueca junto a la Gran Vía de Madrid

The location was fantastic, everything worked in the apartment as expected, and the bathroom and shower are bigger than typical bathrooms in Europe. The kitchen was well stocked enough to make basic meals and coffee/tea. The AC worked great, and the apartment was quiet, although on a busy street.

The mattress needs to be replaced. It is worn in the middle into a deep hole and not comfortable. The pillows were a bit too hard, recommend getting another softer option. The bedding was also stained. Once these bedding things are fixed, I would give it a 10!

Lovely apartment in a great location, very clean, and the bed was super comfy even though it looks small in the photos (it's not!). Super central, close to all of the fun bars and tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend for a couple.

Door to the toilet is quite transparent from the outside, so we had to be very mindful of each other's privacy. We were a little confused checking as to what floor of the building we were meant to go to, so perhaps clearer instructions needed.

The location is unbelievable. Right in the centre. Everything was at our door step. Madrid is a wonderful place. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I recommend this stay. Thank you to the host for his his quick and smooth communication.

I prefer softer pillows but I still slept well.

To noisy could not sleep. The bed mattress is very bad. The middle is lower than the sides. Should be changed ASAP. The keys are in another building no 22, where the apartment is in no 4. I was requested to put the key in building 22 instead of leaving the key in the apartment. My feeling is I should work for the host. Instead, the host should work for the guests

The apartment we rented is located in a superb neighborhood, Chueca. There are charming shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants all around. The area is colorful and friendly, and it was peaceful at night, making it enjoyable for strolling around. The apartment is modernly furnished with a bright kitchen (well equiped), clean bathroom, large table, comfortable bed, two balconies, fast wifi, and cool neighbors. I highly recommend this apartment. The key pickup was smooth, and the owner was communicative and helpful. If I return to Madrid, I will definitely choose this address.
