Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Unser ausdrücklich gewünschtes ruhiges Zimmer wurde zunächst ignoriert – das zugeteilte Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Lift. Erst nach Reklamation erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer. Das als „Upgrade” angekündigte Zimmer mit Jacuzzi stellte sich als Badewanne mit Düsenfunktion heraus, deren hoher Einstieg besonders für ältere Gäste oder Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität äußerst unpraktisch ist.

Enttäuschend war auch das Frühstück: Trotz wunderschönen Juniwetters und vorhandenem Gastgarten wurde ausschließlich in einem stark beleuchteten Innenraum serviert. Warum der Außenbereich nicht genutzt wurde, war für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.
