Bellissima struttura con un potenziale davvero elevato. La posizione è strategica ma oltre questo è un incanto : dal verde, alla disposizione del ristorante e delle camere. La tranquillità che si respira ti fa sentire accolto sin dal primo momento. Ottimo anche il ristorante con una cucina ricercata e sofisticata. La piscina è un'altra chicca poiché spaziosa ed immersa nel verde.

Da rivedere il sistema deumidificazione in camera e bagno e le vespe in piscina.

It doea not seem well managed. Rooms were not ready after the time of check in, orderimg food or drinks at the hotel.took a long time, etc. And there is a serious problem with wasps in the swimmingpool and across the compound they should look into.

La struttura è completamente immensa nel verde, a pochi passi da Castel del Monte. Al suo interno è presente un ristorante che ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente per gli ottimi piatti che combinano tradizione nei prodotti e nelle ricette ma con un occhio all'innovazione. Eccellente offerta di vini.

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Spazi della struttura enormi, piscina compresa. Colazione varia, che accontenta i vari gusti.

La struttura è davvero bellissima e molto curata. Stanze accoglienti e nuove con un bel bagno e un piccolo terrazzino esterno. Piscina spettacolare e pulitissima anche grazie ad uno degli addetti un po' "tuttofare" che si prodiga davvero tutto il giorno come se fosse il proprietario. Un plauso all'adetta alla reception e all'addetta alla colazione/bar della piscina: due belle ragazze di una cortesia estrema e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Il ristorante, molto chic, offre prodotti di alta qualità e ottimi vini (a prezzi accessibili); il maitre di sala gentile e professionale. Ottima la posizione per visitare Castel del monte e spostarsi di giorno verso la costa.

Purtroppo la qualità delle strade non consente di spostarsi di sera se non di pochi chilometri, ma nei dintorni c'è davvero poco. In riferimento al ristorante, che offre pietanze davvero di eccellente qualità, consiglierei di essere un pochino più generosi con le quantità...

The staff truly went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome – I would give them 10/10. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the design of both the rooms and the main building is tasteful and modern. The outdoor area is beautiful and well maintained. However, there were several issues that should not go unmentioned.

From a hotel that advertises itself as 'the ultimate luxury experience' and 'a unique place to relax and enjoy,' I expected more. During the day, the pool was crowded with families and children playing with inflatables – and they weren’t even hotel guests but locals who are also allowed to use the pool! There were no pool towels provided, nor was there any way to hang or dry used towels in the rooms or on the terrace (e.g., a drying rack). There were many wasps around the pool - not aggressive, but still unusual for such a place. The minibar fridge was full but unfortunately not working, and the shower did not drain properly. On one evening, a family celebrated a birthday by the pool, and it was very loud until 1 a.m. While I was aware that this is an event hotel, guests should be informed about such parties at check-in. Overall, it is a very beautiful place with a lot of potential, especially if it focuses on a specific target audience or adjusts its marketing from a 'luxury stay' to a family-friendly hotel.
