La Rosa del Lago - Aqua Apartments

Appartement au 3em étage avec ascenseur, 2 chambres (1lit double et 2 lits simples), 2 SDB, un séjour et une cuisine équipée, 2 terrasses à l'avant et à l'arrière), situé le long d'un boulevard périphérique, à 10 minutes à pied du centre (duomo). Bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, tv,...). Lits ok. Parking (payant) juste en face. Matteo est très sympa et accommodant (nous sommes arrivés en avance et avons pu disposer de l'appartement). Je recommande.

Quelques petites choses un peu vieillissantes (lanière des volets, pommeau de douche), pour le reste, RAS.

The location was too far from the centre of the city, requiring a long walk either to the station to or to a bus stop. Thefurnishings were OK.

While the double bed was OK the two singles were short for an adult and the mattresses like being on a barrel, with the result that one of us had to sleep on the sofa. There was no information on how to use any of the machines and appliances or about facilities in the location. There were no bath mats, making the polished tiled floors very dangerous after a shower, no drying racks or tea towels in the kitchen.

The apartment is nice, big and very clean. The apartment is very centrally located and the center can be easily reached on foot. The host is very friendly, nice and very helpful. We recommend the Rosa de lago aqua apartments in Como. If we go to Como again we will definitely stay there Vielen Dank Matteo.

Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the apartment. But there are Vintelators.
