Really uncomfortable beds and pillows, no shower towels (even if we asled for them), noises in the building (slamming doors)

Good location with parking. WiFi was good too. The flat was clean and had been redecorated quite recently . TV great.

No furniture other than a bed in the second bedroom, I had to live out of my case. A small chest to double as a bedside table would have been good. The shower was good but we didn't have any hot water otherwise in the bathroom or kitchen. We had to boil the kettle to wash and wash up. The plug in the kitchen sink was too small, I needed to use the bath plug. Three mugs, one of which was chipped and cracked, so couldn't be used. One plate was also chipped. A bowl and a jug would have been useful when making scrambled eggs etc. Spiders in main bedroom.
