Central Studio + Free Bikes&Big Tv

The only good things regarding this room are the location and the TV, although it is much too big in relation to the distance to it.

The room is very small; it has less than half of the area declared on the Booking, less than 14m2, not at all 28m2!!! It is regrettable that Booking does not send agents to verify the accuracy of the data published on their site. A lot of dust in the room. Dirty curtains and linens. Everything is old and dirty. Microwave placed directly on the floor near to the trash. Zero hygiene. The small dirty kitchen is unusable. Very cold in the room and noise from the street. The room heating does not works when it is 5°C outside. The common areas shared with 7 others apartments have been completely devastated from years - broken, dirty ceilings, broken kitchen. It looks like an abandoned residence before demolition. Common toilets are execrable - dirty and shared by 7 others apartments. The showers practically unusable. The smoke from the common areas (kitchen and bathrooms) enters in the room because the door does not close tightly. Bicycles are a public danger - they don't have good brakes, lights, bells, the chains are rusty, can't be adjusted in height. The quality / price ratio is very, very low. It is inexplicable how others tourists can give high ratings to such room. I regretted enormously that I rented this room.

You could find everything you need in that aprtment! Even needle, pads, razor etc… and having a bike in Copenhagen is really useful! If I come to Copenhagen again I will go in the some apartment! 🫶🏻 I almost forgot to mention that the video of explaining everything is so nice and precise.

residual odor of smokers was pretty bad… fortunately we had good weather and no bugs so we could have windows wide open when in the apt

The location is one of the better in city center, vibrant, accessible and good service. The property had a nice private room, with almost anything you may need for your stay (hairdrier, iron, kitchen inside with a small stove etc…). The host Mark, was very polite and helpful with finding the keys and checking in, and was available and responsive all the time.

The common areas (bathroom, toilet and dining zone), unlike the private room, were completely different story, broken and dirty during our entire 4 days of stay, and the host seemed to have problems cleaning and fixing them (as if there are other hosts for other private rooms there, and there were many others). Also the bikes had weak brakes, so we didn’t even risk using them.

I really liked the big TV. We watched Netflix almost every night. Also, the host gives you a short video about the checkin and checkout processes, and the general usage of things (washing machines for example), which is great. There are bikes too. I don't do that, but it's a thing in this city :) Bed is good, kitchen is good, there's coffee, complementary water in the fridge. Also there is a really good pizza place near.

One of the showers didn't work. The other one was good. There is no elevator. None of these were big discomforts though.

A very nice host who helped us with everything, thanks Mark! 😄 The bed is very comfy, the apartment is situated in a great area and there is everything you need. The huge tv is a big plus and it feels very homey, we loved it. Everything works, it may be old but functional 🙂

No sharp knives 😂 and the street is very loud, the acoustics are so bad that it feels like the cars are driving through the apartment.
