Ocean Front Condo @ Las Olas Grand

Nice apartment, loved the fridge. We saved a lot on water because the fridge had filter water. I didn't cook but the kitchen was properly equipped. Loved the balcony and having access to watch whatever I wanted on the tv with my own account. There is no tv in one of the rooms. There is a gym, a sauna, a few jacuzzies and a nice swimming pool. We did not use them, it was too cold. It was nice and quiet. There are people guarding the place 24/7. You get your own parking spot, visitors can't park there.There is a nice restaurant probably 100 feet away. They said the Titanic was filmed there. The food was good but a little pricey.

The tubs inside the apartment need to be repair. We only got 2 towels even though I paid for 4 adults. I contacted the person in charge and the towels came until the next evening ☹️. The hot water in both showers only worked for a few minutes, you finish showering with cold water. The living room could be more comfortable with another couch. There were no extra warm blankets. The cleaning could be better.The building is weird, you need to use a separate elevator to get to the gym, the pool and other amenities. That elevator wasn't working, we had to go up and down three floors 🙄.

The room was very dirty. It has a little animals on the mattress. It was dirty outside the glass .badddd. experience ..the smelling. Very bad.. the owner should spend more money on getting those unit more clean. This is my last time staying there unfortunately

The AC did not cool air or was enough for the size of the suite. So overnight it was hot.

The property was fine and a little bit updated. Too small compared with the pics. The view from the room amazing!!!

The bed sheets weren’t clean and they looked like they not even changed for long time. I little disappointed because you expect at least a clean bed, you don’t have time to washed them before you use it 👎. How you can show pics of the bed sheets odor?

The view

There was no breakfast at this location but the kitchen provided an excellent space, appliances and accessories to cook. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. And, the sound of the waves hitting the rocks was music worth listening to. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The host was very easy to reach by phone.

Not enough information was provided by the host to make it an easy check in. We had to call him to obtain the floor and condo number. One of the two elevators did not work intermittently. The clothes washer and dryer in the room was a plus but without instructions in English it made it difficult to operate.
