Ottima opzione per visitare agevolmente il centro di Madrid, siamo stato una sola notte ma abbiamo apprezzato le ore trascorse in casa perché vi era tutto l’essenziale. Appartamento ben arredato.

Policy to lock down the exact check-in time 2 days in advance is absurd. Those travelling by car or with small children often can't make such commitments this much in advance. I understand that management company needs to plan their resources to ensure key delivery etc, but the common and reasonable practice is to require a heads up window of 1h or so (more than enough to get to any part of Madrid). Instead I've been pestered about it through the messenger for the last 2 days before the trip. Don't charge hotel prices if you're not providing similar services. AC remotes were not labelled and not working. Thankfully we visited in winter and gas heating was working. Would have been a big issue in summer. Living room furniture is not appropriate for the room size - 1 side of the table was backed against the sofa. In order to use the table on all sides sofa had to be moved making it unusable to watch TV (too close to the wall). Missed some basic accessories like wall hooks in the hall and bathrooms. No complimentary dishwasher cleaner nor any facilities for stacking/drying hand-washed dishes. Sound proofing non-existent - everything occurring at the stair case and neighbouring flats can be heard loud and clear (I'm a sound sleeper but my wife struggled).

The kitchen needs some little equipment but all necessary things are there, new and clean

Location was great. Restaurants were around the corner and many other stores.

As a person with difficulties with walking was very disappointed that the elevator was not working. The chairs at the dining table needs to be adjust or change. They were very unstable.
