i like the location because its easy for me to get a restaurant,and all the accomodiation..the registaration is also easy

the parking is not friendly for mpv the corner is so small and for the room i think u should change the heater because its already rusty and the please put some light at the makeup table and the other is all in well

On a positive note, the building offers good security, and one reserved parking space is provided at 3 floor, which is very convenient. The central location is also a strong advantage, making it easy to get around. The unit itself is a studio layout with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, plus an additional double bed in a separate room. However, the setup may not be ideal for couples looking for comfort and privacy.

My recent stay at this property unfortunately did not meet the expected standards for the price charged. In addition to the base rate, there was an extra RM85 cleaning fee, which felt a little unreasonable considering the overall room condition. The floor tiles were slightly sticky, and the sofa bed’s springs made it uncomfortable to sit on. Some of the decorative items, such as the plush doll, appeared old and a bit dusty. The bed sheet had a small tear, and the pillows were quite lumpy, which affected the quality of sleep. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working so it keeps making noise but we couldn’t shut it because it’s connected to the bathroom light. The shower head is cover by mold, didn’t really dare to take the shower. Some wallpaper is tearing, the owner definitely need to puts more effort in. Overall, the stay could be improved with better housekeeping, refreshed furnishings, and more attention to comfort. At the moment, I feel the price does not reflect the value received.

Waktu masuk bilik agak berbau, maybe staff should put some air freshener but after buka ac then all good. just need improvement yg itu.

Bett in Wohnzimmer gar nicht gut. Die Badetücher haben viele flecken, dii müssen neu gewechselt werden.
