Milk sachets would of been nice,especially when there is tea and coffee available. Room was boiling hot when I arrived at 4pm but freezing by 8pm,maybe adjust the timings on the thermostat.

On arrival there was no key in the safety box, Chris I assume is the owner, he’s phone was not reachable. Went to go knock next door for them to let us in. The room we booked was okay but when I opened the fridge a plate with rotten food was in there. They offered another room, in the fridge was leftover waffles again 🙄. The room got cold later on , there was no where to switch it on. There was not hot water in the morning, had to call him again to switch it on. The mattress is cheap, I could feel the springs. Chris I’m sure you can do better.
