Paradigm House, Modern 2-Bedroom Duplex Apartment 2, Free Parking, Oxford

The flat is in a quiet location with off-road parking. The decor is clean and modern and had pretty much everything you could need. Hamid, the host, was very friendly and helpful. When we contacted him about an issue, he quickly resolved it and kept us up to date with what was happening.

Neither of the bathrooms had a bin for sanitary products so we had to use the kitchen bin, which was far from ideal. The wifi connection was also really bad.

The flat was super clean and fully equipped (hair dryer, TV, hand soap, kitchen appliances, a manual explaining everything very well, even some salt, sugar and coffee). The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels clean and comfortable, and didn't feel worn out. The upstairs room is surprisingly big, and the parking space easy to enter to/exit from. No issues with the WiFi. Some noise can be heard from other flats, but that wasn't an issue during our stay. Overall a great experience, would definitely come back!

When searching to go by bus to the city center Google Maps claimed it would take us 40 minutes, so we ended up driving and parking in the mall (which is expensive, but 'ok' given we'd split in four people). Perhaps this was due to the construction work happening in the city that affected traffic, and other folks wouldn't be affected by this in the future.

Bit further from the centre than I was expecting but very comfy and convenient.

Quiet location and easy access. House is just nice for 6 of us. Very nice of the owner to provide cooking oil, tea, salt and pepper.

It’s on the first floor. But not that many steps tho. So not that bad

Bit far to get to the centre of Oxford with the roadworks at the moment, but not the hosts’ fault!

The only minor negative i have - Blinds can be better, No curtains. (Not completely dark) - At times the upstairs bathroom did not have hot water.
