Treetops Chalet - 3bd/2bt Boutique Cabin w/Mt Leconte views in Gatlinburg

We come to Gatlinburg and stay in a cabin every year at Christmas. Treetops Chalet definitely ranked as one of our favorites. The location was great, albeit not for the faint of heart(it is definitely in the treetops). The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The drive up the mountain is precarious. No guardrails and hard to see around corners if other cars are coming. No fault of owner obviously, just an FYI. Easier to back up the driveway and to come in from the right side. Sad that I didnt see any bears although did see paw prints on side of our truck.

The place was really nice. The driveway was steeper than what was expected but overall a great experience. The GPS was acting up in the mountains and became hard to find at times.

The walls were really thin. You could hear everything. There were also no sponges to wash the dishes, but there was a dishwasher.

Every thing was great

It was hot we had and I got sick but I went yo buy a fan and it was great the rest of the nights my parents couldn’t stay cause my mother was afraid of heights

The location was nice! It was away from the city, and you got to enjoy the mountains with first class Bear citing experiences! We also enjoyed the hot tub with the lights in the evening! We also enjoyed the grill outside to make burgers, etc. We appreciate the cleanliness of the grill.

The beds were not as comfortable as home; however it was okay. We truly do not have anything to complain about.
