Spacious 3 Bedroom House In Canterbury with Garden and Driveway - Sleeps 7

The house is is great Parking is good but you have to park slightly forward of the building due to the proximity of next doors vehicles, that said it wasn't an issue.

The TV was hit and miss unless you want to use your own Netflix account, Their was no Standard TV so unless you have accounts for TV Packages don't expect to much.

Good locations to visit, Yew Tree pub worth a visit. Minis Bay lovely to walk our dog on a sandy beach 🏖️ Whitstable lovely brunch at Bubbles overlooking the bay dog friendly area.

All good for our break

When we arrived it had been thoroughly cleaned. House was really nice and modern. Not far from shops either. Just what we was looking for!

No complaints

The house was very modern due to being a new build. Our son enjoyed the bean bag.

The back bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat. The back bedroom overlooks the butchers and farm shop which has a noisy generator which kicks in every 30 seconds for 10 seconds so all night you hear that noise. The sofa was very hard so not easy to get comfortable. The advert stated fruit but none was provided. The advert stated a shop is on site but was unable to locate it.

Asked to remove shoes which we did floor was sticky and dirty, must of had a leak at some point brown ceiling in kitchen and plaster coming off the wall in the bathroom, noise from the butchers at the end of the garden due to fans running all night
