Location ,for the most part neighborhood is quite and the neighbors were very nice and respectful.

Property management needs better customer service skills also cleaning fees when the unit was not clean and no cleaning supplies available. The moldy musty odor throughout and the bathroom has mold. We had issues with no hot water and the property management didn't address the issues until the night before check-out when they brought it upon themselves to send someone at 10:00 pm who couldn't speak English..

There was nothing to like. Thank you Booking . You rented us a horrible place, and your service afterwards is awful. We are still dealing with you.and awaiting a result. Terrible followup. I travelled in Oct/Nov, for 2 months in Europe and used booking for most of my hotels. We were satisfied with every one. We spent thousands of dollars on hotels using your company. You let us down.

The place was awful with broken plastic blinds. Dirty mattress, We chose no to stay, We didn't even take our luggage out of the car. I went in as housekeeper was finishing up. We were parked in driveway. I spoke with her . Lovely lady, who was working very hard to clean up from last guests. I did not inspect any rooms , just stood near the front door, inside the home. We waited until housekeeper was finished, and then I went in while my husband waited in the car. The plastic venetian blinds were broken in the bedroom. I pulled up the sheets to check the mattress, as I always do . The was dirt on the mattress, looked like bugs to me. I went to the car and called Booking, to tell me there was a problem, and I wasn't staying. Woman I spoke with told me she would have to speak to her manager and would call me back. We waited for a response. I then had to drive, we needed to find a place to stay. I was left a voice mail from that said I wouldn't be getting a refund. . Then the fun began. I was told I should have contacted Booking right away. I told them I did call and have a transcript of the voice mail I was left. I was told that after every move out a team member comes to inspect the property before a new move in. We were in the car after housekeeper left. No inspector came. An e-mail said, I broke the blinds. They were not broken before. I have all the emails form Booking . If Booking wants me to put them on here to show their side of the story, I would be happy to. It does not present a good side for them. It has been a bad experience while traveling.
