Communication for check in needs improvement

Good location near centre, large and airy 1 bedroom apartment in a modern building. Very convenient and fully equiped with all daily essentials.

It is very difficult to communicate with host and host will not listen to any request what so ever. We had to contact booking.com to resolve couple of issues and they assured us host will resolve but host did not even bother asking or communicating with us. Appartment is good for family of 3 and as long as you do not face any issue you will enjoy the place.

No places to park for a disabled person key fob wasn’t working for like 3 days and found it hard to gain access during these times but everyone else was able to get it the elevator was broke in the day I was leaving so not good for someone who is disabled wasn’t cleaned properly as I found a used cotton bud stuck behind the sofa on wall a vape under the bed and a pair of thongs under the bed

It was dirty plus blood and urine on mattress the WiFi did not work or tv after asking several times for someone to come and sort nobody came so we had to move to another place
