This stay was a mess from start to finish, especially considering I paid nearly $600 for two nights. This booking was managed by Roaming Homes, and the lack of organization and maintenance was obvious. I stayed in Room 2205. Check-in was completely unorganized, I was left waiting in the lobby for an extended period before anyone was able to get me access to the unit. Once inside, there were multiple serious issues: • The AC system did not work properly. The temperature stayed at 74°F all night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. • The alarm system inside the unit constantly beeped due to dead batteries. Multiple sensors were triggering, which suggests the unit had not been checked or occupied in quite some time. • The freezer/ice machine was a solid block of ice and completely unusable. • The listing is misleading, there is no balcony, and the “view” is nothing but a freeway. • Despite the high cost of the stay, guests are given an excessive list of chores to complete before checkout. This unit was poorly maintained, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the price. I would not recommend booking through Roaming Homes and would avoid this property entirely.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I never got keys. waste of a thousand dollars and they wanted to meet up at a 7 Eleven late at night. They would not work with me until I got booking involved a day later. it’s someone’s condo and not a hotel or easy to access. don’t waste your time and money!
