"Please fix the issue of access codes, we cannot be stuck because of access codes"

The place was clean. Location was easy to locate.

We are given 4 codes for the day, which we had to share with the delivery guys, Saturday we were late for our Spar appointment because we ran out of access codes. We had to ask our neighbour for codes . I will not book this place ever again. Thank you

"The place is very beautiful and our host was sweet and very helpful"

It was a self catering

We didn't have access to go to the swimming pool we were so dissapointed coz we were looking forward to enjoy ourself in that beautiful swimming pool but we were told that we can't go in coz people were using finger print.

The location and the security. Faster response rate and always kind even if contacted at 2am for rescue access codes.

Some restrictions regarding SIX access codes per day to enter the facility. We needed always to contact them for codes and often, we stuck at the gate waiting for them to send rescue codes. We were forced to limit visitors or sometimes stay outside to meet visitors if maximum daily codes was reached.
