The host cancelled my stay less than 12 hours before arrival and said I would be able to get a refund. However, it has been 4 days and they have not replied to my messages requesting the refund. This is unacceptable! Not to be trusted!!!

Everything was great, did not have any problems with the apartment. The only thing that let it down was other guests obviously I know that's no fault of the owners etc. but it's something to consider.

Other guests, apart from that everything else was great.

Lo que más nos gustó sin duda fue la ubicación. Tiene estación de metro justo al lado y paradas de autobuses. Además, estaba rodeada por restaurantes, centro comerciales y supermercados. Del apartamento, nos gustó el tamaño y la distribución. Riene una TV grande y utencilios para cocinar.

Lo más importante: el apartamento estaba sucio. El baño estaba a medio limpiar y el agua no bajaba bien por los desagües, se quedaba empozada en el lavamanos y en la ducha. Comprobamos el desagüe de la ducha y estaba taponado de basura y pelos, tuvimos que desatascarlo nosotros. Las toallas eran 3 y pequeñas, una de ellas para el suelo y otras dos de manos para dos personas adultas... En cuanto a la cama: las sábanas estaban manchadas y no sabemos si estaban usadas o estaban limpias, y el edredón olía a húmedo y mal. El colchón está en muy malas condiciones, es muy delgado y se sentían los muelles. En el armario no había perchas para colgar la ropa ni ningún otro perchero para poder colgar la ropa. Los cajones de la cocina tenían restos de comida y algún otro bicho muerto.

Main entrance door lock was broken meaning anyone could enter the main stair well/lobby and even though there was a keypad lock on inner apt door It left me feeling a bit unsafe. Plug in bathroom sink was jammed closed meaning sink didn’t really drain and water from shower didn’t drain properly meaning the water backed up in the shower tray.
