El trato recibido por parte de la empresa que gestionaba el alojamiento fue absolutamente decepcionante. No se identificaron bien en el primer contacto con nosotros, el trato fue poco cordial rozando la mala educación. Tuve que reclamar hasta en cuatro ocasiones que me mandasen el email para hacer el booking online y no me llegó, por lo que tuve que llamar y solicitarlo por teléfono, cuando descubrí que le estaban enviando dicho correo a otra persona, con la que sólo comparto nombre de pila (no los apellidos) y no siquiera al ser conscientes de su error, fueron capaces de disculparse. Cuando por fin consigo hacer el check-in... recebí una información poco precisa par recoger las llaves. Y para mi disgusto, el apartamento en el que me alojé, no se correspondía con las fotos del anuncio y era considerablemente más pequeño que el de las fotos del anuncio. Las camas eran muy incómodas, las sábadas de las camas estaban ajadas, vuejas, igual que las colchas. El sofá cama era terriblemente incómodo. NO LO RECOMIENDO No volveré a reservar ningún alojamiento que gestione dicha empresa.
